Dr. Yeshwant G. Phadke is a board-certified general surgeon. He was certified in 1980 and has been recertified multiple times after that, the last one being in 2024. He has been practicing at Indiana Regional Medical Center since 1987. He completed special training in ultrasound and passed the Registered Phlebology Sonographer examination. He is board-certified by the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. He obtained that certification in 2013.

Dr. Phadke has been treating patients with venous disorders since 1987. Minimally invasive venous procedures were started in 2005, initially at the hospital and later on at the office. Since 2007, he has been treating patients with varicose veins with minimally invasive procedures performed in the office. These include VenaSeal™, radiofrequency ablation, laser ablation, foam sclerotherapy, and liquid sclerotherapy.
